What is a Patient Participation Group?
A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a representative group of patients who kindly take time from their schedules to attend special surgery meetings to share feedback on services, staff experiences, and ideas on how we can improve our services. This helps us understand how patients perceive our surgery and what we can do to improve.
If you are interested in joining our PPG, please email us at cmicb-wi.vittoriamc@nhs.net. The more diverse our PPG is, the better we can improve our services for you all.
